The CAPITAL ITS e-learning initiative is collecting best practices in ITS and C-ITS deployment to support local authorities in developing and deploying the solutions they need. Interested cities or regions are invited to send a description of their actions by May 15th for a chance to win a trip to the ITS European Congress 2019 to present their achievements.

The fourth webinar of the CAPITAL ITS e-learning project will address procurement issues for Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems deployment by public authorities in Europe. Experts from the CAPITAL ITS e-learning project and the SPICE project will cover key issues with public procurement in intelligent transport, including day one applications, security issues, specifications, and regulatory frameworks.
