The second webinar of the CAPITAL ITS e-learning project will offer training on standards, testing and certification issues for intelligent transport systems (ITS) and connected ITS (C-ITS), including a closer look at practical examples presented as case studies.

Senior Scientist, VTT, Finland
Risto Öörni received his M.Sc. in electrical and communications engineering from Helsinki University of Technology in 2004. Since 2004, he has been working as a research scientist and then as a senior scientist at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd. His research interests include analysis of impacts of ITS, in-vehicle emergency call systems, and data and service quality in ITS applications.
Coordinator of TISA, Belgium
A French national, Stéphanie holds a Degree in International Trade. She joined ERTICO in 2002, providing support to European Union-funded project management and working on the coordination, development and promotion of projects, events and ITS Congresses. Since 2007, Stéphanie works for TISA – the Traveller Information Services Association and is the Coordinator since 2013.
